The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship has announced the extension of working hours in the two centers of Mussafah, Khalifa Medical City in Abu Dhabi, and Al Yalayes Center for Customer Happiness in Dubai.
The authority explained that the centers’ working hours will start from 7:00 in the morning until 8:00 in the evening, starting tomorrow, in an effort by the authority to raise the efficiency of service centers towards enhancing customer happiness and satisfaction rates.
