Kevin Kiermaier, Kevin Phillips and Randy Arozarena each homered and drove in two runs as the Tampa Bay Rays beat the Detroit Tigers 8-1 on Tuesday night.
Shane McClanahan dished out the 2-0 lead. struck out seven in as many innings, while Ji-Man Choi drove in seven. a pair of runs by the Rays, who snapped Detroit’s four-game winning streak in front of 8,475 spectators. He homered off McClanahan in the fifth inning for the Tigers, his third home run of the season.
Kiermaier batted three hits, including a walk-off home run. the second act against starter Beau Brieske. It was his fourth four-corner stick of the season.

Brieske (0-3) gave up. six runs and nine hits in five and a third innings during which he distributed & oacute; four strikeouts, in what was his fifth start in the majors.
