The ninth round of the 2021 Formula 1 World Championship will take place in Austria. The Austrian GP will take place on the same circuit that hosted the Styrian GP on 27 June, the Red Bull Ring of Zeltweg / Spielberg, a track owned by the team of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez.
The track activities of today 3 July will start for F1 at noon with FP3, at 3 pm qualifying will start to establish the starting grid. The next F1 round after Austria will be at Silverstone, where the Sprint Race will debut in place of qualifying. A historic first time for the World Cup.
