Promote self-employment that allows strengthening the families’ economy, is a commitment of the Government of Ciudad Madero, and in this context, Mayor Adrián Oseguera Kernion signed a Collaboration Agreement with the Training Center for Industrial Work (Cecati) No. 71, in terms of education and training.
