Like the most classic of children on a bicycle: Pedro Acosta last Sunday at Misano he had to make the best of a bad situation in the face of a defective tire that made the Moto3 leader’s race somewhat complicated. The KTM rider, in fact, had to help himself during braking with his feet to stop his bike. This is testified by an eloquent photo published on Twitter by the journalist Jaime Alguersuari.
COMO DISPUTÓ ACOSTA IN THE 14 GP OF AÑO EN MISANO?
LO QUE NO IF VIO, LO QUE NO IF SUPO!
Esto que muestra la imagen was a bota Alpinestars, después de acabar 7 en el Gp de Misano.

The 2004 class finished seventh at the finish, limiting the damage and maintaining a 42-point lead over Dennis Foggia and Sergio Garcia, both paired in second place in the world championship standings. At stake there are still 100 points available, the margin available to Acosta is not indifferent, but after the victory in Austria the Spaniard saw his performance drop again: at the Red Bull Ring on the occasion of the ‘rematch’ he closed fourth, then at Silverstone he finished eleventh while at Aragon before the Misano stage he fell in contact with Artigas. The finish line banner is close, but Acosta has to clench the teeth as he did on Sunday in the race with the help of his Alpinestars boot to compensate for the braking problems caused by a defective tire.
