The ruling party responded to Chile Vamos’s criticism of the president of the Chamber, Vlado Mirosevic, after the controversial vote on the 2023 Budget Law. Although Jaime Naranjo (PS) said that “they are part of the political game,” Camila Musante (IND ) assured that the opposition seeks to “create destabilization” and prevent the proper development of parliamentary discussion.
Following the opposition’s criticism of deputy Vlado Mirosevic, in the midst of processing the 2023 Budget Law, the official party assured that they seek to destabilize the parliamentary discussion.
It should be remembered that voices from Chile Vamos threw darts against the new president of the Chamber, after an indication was declared inadmissible to increase the PGU to 250 thousand pesos.
From the sector they accused Mirosevic of “hurry up” the vote, which would not have allowed two congressmen to give their preference.

Even, the opposition did not rule out the initiation of a censorship of Mirosevic, since -according to they affirm- he did not he acted impartially at that moment.
The head of the UDI bench, Jorge Alessandri, questioned whether deputy Mirosevic has the experience to hold the position. & # 8220; Apparently he did not have it or has not exercised it, and what happened yesterday is very serious & # 8221; , he said.
“It has to be tough and punish according to the regulations, as he says, but even law”, added the trade union deputy.
Deputy says critics seek to “create destabilization”
From the ruling party they called to downplay the situation and pointed out that they are not surprised by the attitude of the right.

However, the independent pro-Approve Dignity deputy, Camila Musante, said that the opposition’s criticisms respond to a strategy by the sector to destabilize parliamentary discussion.
“They prefer to take advantage of these instances of heat, of intense work days, which obviously generate a different climate in the Chamber, to create destabilization and prevent progress with the legislative agenda”, he said.
In the Christian Democrats, congressman Eric Aedo defended to the president of the Chamber and accused that it is the responsibility of the parliamentarians to be present in the chamber at the time of the vote.
