In the Perm Territory, a Russian teenager who has raped a fellow traveler will appear before the court. About this on Wednesday, September 22, informs regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
According to the investigation, in July 2021 in the Kungur region, a young man drove an underage girl on a moped to a neighboring settlement. On the way, he stopped and in a deserted place dragged the girl into the forest, and, having beaten, raped. The TFR opened a criminal case under article 131 (“Rape of a minor”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Investigators conducted several forensic examinations, interrogated over 10 witnesses. The criminal case with the indictment approved by the prosecutor was sent to the court.
On March 24, it was reported that in Volgograd, police detained a 15-year-old teenager who raped and robbed a 57-year-old disabled woman
