Vietnamese airline during the crisis of coronavirus has decided to offer passengers a new idea – a plan of insurance under which they will be paid $8570 if they become infected with a dangerous virus after a flight on their plane.
Insurance “Sky Covid Care” from Vietjet is free of charge for all passengers – regardless of age or nationality – for all domestic flights until 30 June, according to the Independent.
“Thanks to the insurance passengers receive payments from Vietjet in the period of 30 days commencing at 00:01 of the date of the flight, regardless of how infected passengers”,- says the carrier.

In Vietjet said I had saved “tens of billions of dollars”to cover insurance, which is designed to “give passengers confidence” (At the current rate of 24,000 VND is equal to a $1.02).
To be eligible for insurance, the company said that passengers must provide “all information in accordance with the terms of Vietjet”, buying tickets, including full name and ID as proof, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
The buyer must also “act in accordance with the rules of the company, the Ministry of health and authorities in relation to the prevention of illness”,- added in the message.
The catch is that people who have already found the coronavirus, as well as those who violate security rules, for example, isolation or a ban on travel, not covered by insurance. The airline also said that the insurance does not apply to passengers with epilepsy, suicidal behavior and mental illness.
At the time of the environment in Vietnam was confirmed 134 cases of coronavirus.
Vietjet, which describes itself as the airline of the”new generation”, also became famous in 2012 when she was fined for show in a bikini on one of the planes, according to the Independent.
