The Investigative Police of Valparaíso is investigating the death of a 44-year-old man in the Quillota commune, who -according to preliminary information- would have been the victim of a beating on a public highway.
A man was found dead during the night this Tuesday in the middle of a public thoroughfare in Quillota, Valparaíso region.
The man was lying specifically on Presidente Ibáñez street, near Las Heras, on the side of the Concepción street.
Carabineros, Samu personnel and ambulances arrived at the scene to try to save the victim’s life, which despite the effort was not possible.

The body or had injuries caused by blows and bruises, for which, preliminarily, it was established that he could have suffered a beating by people not yet identified.
The Prosecutor’s Office commissioned the procedure to clarify the facts to the Homicide Brigade of the Investigative Police (PDI).
