The series of Loki came to an end this week with the premiere of its sixth chapter, however, it was also confirmed that Tom Hiddleston will be back in the role for a second season. Now that the MCU a new phase is about to begin, many new actors are coming to this cinematographic universe, but it seems that Hiddleston it won’t go anywhere.
During a recent question and answer session, Hiddleston was questioned about the possibility that one day he will leave the MCU, to which the actor replied that, if it were up to him, he would never leave the role:
“I’m so lucky to have played Loki for all this time, and, you know, I feel like he’s quite an interesting character that has been in human consciousness for a very long time. And it has so many different aspects, so many complex features, that every time he played it I learn something new and we evolve together in a way that has never been done before.

Yes, I’ve been with him for a long time. And I think it will continue for much longer. In the meantime, I’ll stick with him as long as people want me in the role. “
In addition to the second season of the series in Disney +, there are rumors that Loki will also have some involvement in Doctor Strange In The Multiverse of Madness. Considering how the show’s first season ended, it makes sense that we’ll see more of Loki in future MCU productions.
