The joke has gone on long enough. The government has decided to whistle the end of the recreation concerning the urban rodeos, by tightening the legislation within the framework of the orientation and programming law of the Ministry of the Interior. Thus, the Assembly adopted, at 74 votes for and 0 against, the possibility to confiscate the vehicles of “urban rodeos”, even when they have not been used in the offence.
According to the authors of the Renaissance and Horizons amendments, it is also a question of being able to sanction “the author of the rodeo who does not own the machine”, the latter escaping “In the current state of the law,” confiscation” of a vehicle. The measurement is added to the a series of provisions introduced by the Senate, widely adopted Thursday by the deputies (74 for against 5), which reinforce the penalties for the authors of motorized rodeos or refusal to to comply, but also for the perpetrators of violence overelected, aligned with those planned for attacks against the forces of order.

The “stamp” stay on the sidelines
