A man who apparently was driving at excessive speed and with alcohol in his body, would have skipped a red light during this morning in Puente Alto, which caused a crash, after which a woman died and another person was hospitalized with injuries gravity. Due to the impact, the car was ejected for about 30 meters.
A fatal car accident left a woman dead, another person seriously injured, and a man arrested, in the Puente Alto commune, in the Metropolitan region.
The incident occurred during the early hours of this Saturday, November 19, specifically at the intersection of Concha y Toro and Gabriela streets, in the southern commune of the capital.

According to the first information, a car, brand and model Hyundai Accent, would not have respected the red light of a traffic light at the aforementioned corner, which caused the crash against another vehicle.
Due to the impact, the first one was ejected for approximately 30 meters. This was confirmed by Lieutenant Colonel Renato Sanhueza, from the Santiago Cordillera Prefecture, who contributed that the driver had also been speeding.
