What happened a while ago in West Seneca, New York, brightened the day for thousands of web users. About who manages the page Twitter of the city police station, which documented the rescue of a dog named Buttercup making it a hilarious scene. Of course, they only took on a certain spirit when the cops realized the puppy wasn’t in danger.
