The Slovenian Primoz Roglic, new Olympic time trial champion in Japan, faces the Vuelta a España 2021 that begins on Saturday as a great favorite to add his third victory in the general of the Spanish round. But the Olympic road cycling champion, the Ecuadorian Richard Carapaz, and his teammate at Ineos Egan Bernal, are presented as his main threats.
