Milan, they leave their eight-month-old daughter in the car with 35 degrees: Austrian couple denounced
An Austrian couple was denounced for neglect of an aggravated minor, after leaving their eight-month-old daughter alone in a car on August 15th.
Around 1 pm last Sunday, the two tourists parked their SUV in the Assago Ovest service area, on the Milan ring road, and got off with their eldest daughter, 3 years old. Left in the vehicle alone, the youngest girl started screaming and crying, drawing the attention of other travelers who tried to open the car, calling the traffic police.
The Austrian couple returned after about ten minutes, called back by a woman who spoke German and tracked them down in the service area.
Once the health conditions of the child remained in the car, in which the temperature had reached 35 degrees, had been verified, the traffic police officers denounced the parents for aggravated minor neglect.
