The municipal police of Narbonne discovered two children, aged 4 and 8, alone on the sidewalk outside the city. 5:45 p.m., when it was already dark. fallen, reports The Independent. By questioning them, they learned that they were expecting their father, supposed to be at an appointment at; nearby.
The police did indeed find him. fairly quickly, heavily alcoholic. The children were brought back to the police station where their mother came to fetch them. According to the daily, she would then have explained to them; that she was the victim of violence from her companion. The individual was summoned to the court of the sub-prefecture of Aude, for a reminder to the law.
