The Social Observatory Division, of the Undersecretariat for Social Evaluation, presented a new monthly report on the Value of the Basic Basket and Poverty Lines, corresponding to November 2022.

This figure represents a monthly variation of 3.6% and an accumulated variation of 27% in the last twelve months.

The update of the Basic Food Basket is carried out according to the price variation in the Consumer Price Index, CPI, of the 79 products that compose it and you consider the minimum amount of daily calories that a person should consume, setting a threshold requirement of 2,000 on average.
Minagri’s recommendations
